Villa Panelope is located in Praiano in a prestigious eighteenth-century building, a small paradise for a relaxing and luxurious holiday 5 Km. from Positano. The nearest beach is called Praia and is 10′ walk, from there you can rent a water taxi to reach other beaches. Always in the next to the Villa, there are shops, groceries, a small supermarket, pizzerias, bars, restaurants (take away), disco and parking.
The Villa has direct access from the costal road, can accommodates 8\10 people and is spread over 4 floors:
From the entrance some steps laid down to the ground floor, where you have: professional fully equipped kitchen with dining room, two large bright living rooms, one with floor skylight overlooking the indoor pool and the other one with bathroom (shower) that can be converted into a fifth double or twin bedroom (On request before arrival), 1 bedroom with bathroom (bathtub), outdoor pool with a system of salt chlorine (chlorine-free pool) whose water can be heated in winter (the heating is strictly related to the outdoor temperature), solarium area, patio where breakfast is served and laundry room.
Some steps down you access to the magnificent Indoor Pool with window ceiling, with hydromassage and emotional waterfall.
Coming up one floor from the ground, three beautiful double bedrooms are accessible up a flight of steps. Two rooms enjoy en-suite baths, while the third bedroom has its bathroom with a 10 steps corridor.

The rents include:

Cleaning:

- During their stay, guests are asked to allow routine cleaning of all areas of the villa
- Sheets and beach towels will be changed on Wednesday, bathroom towels every day
- A washer, dryer and ironing board are available in the villa. The housekeeper will be happy to show you how to use it.
Kitchen and Catering:
- We will be happy to arrange shopping to be available upon arrival. Send us your shopping list at least 2 weeks before your arrival and you will find the kitchen pre-stocked with all the required items
- There is also a small grocery store next to the Villa
